Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in a senior marketing leadership role within FinTech, financial services, or a similar industry.
  • Proven track record of building and scaling user bases for FinTech products.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (SEO, SEM, social media marketing, content marketing, etc.).
  • Experience with marketing automation tools and marketing analytics platforms.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and a strong understanding of the Nigerian business environment.
